Last February, ICHTHYS participated in the open day of the University of Algarve.
In a day full of science, those who visited the Centre of Marine Sciences of the Algarve had the opportunity to get to know our project. ICHTHYS aims to improve the quality and food safety of fish and seafood, developing intelligent packaging and reducing food waste. On this busy day, we received about 120 elementary and secondary students from several schools in the Algarve.
