A busy morning!

Last 23rd July, ICHTHYS participated in the initiative "Reciclar é a minha praia", in Praia de Faro, Portugal.

We talked to the young students and general public about an increasingly current problem: food waste and how to reduce it. Students and visitors were able to learn about the Ichthys project and the importance of preserving and improving food quality during storage to increase product shelf-life and reduce waste. This initiative was organised by Novo Verde and the Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente.
